appointment to interview with us. Final decision regarding registration

Rebates/Discounts:
1. 10% discount for siblings
2. 5% rebate, up to $300 for lump sum payment of full year (Sept - May) tuition in advance.
(No rebate allowed when the lump sum is for less than 6 months)
Terms:
1. Registration fee is non-refundable
2. Payment is due on the first working day of every month or week
3. Late fee is due @2% of the remaining balance per week, if payment is late by more than 5 days
4. A service fee of $15 shall be paid for each check returned uncollected
5. Any change in enrollment that results in lower tuition, a surcharge, up to 20%, will be applicable.
6. No refund or rebate will be available:
A) if payment plan is changes during the school year, without prior approval
B) for the holidays listed on out school calendar
C) for the days the center remains closed due to emergencies beyond our control
